Consumer Shield Project
In collaboration with the Consumer Federation of Pakistan, has launched a comprehensive system for managing consumer complaints. This initiative includes an online portal, a dedicated helpline, and mediation support to resolve disputes effectively. The project aims to safeguard consumer rights and ensure swift, fair resolutions to complaints, fostering trust and accountability in the marketplace.
